But I'm having trouble getting penetration in the corner of my fillet. I'm using a miller square wave 250 at 200amp with blueshield 2 gas. And I've going between a 3/32 and a 1/8 tungsten. I tried upping the amps ,but then I blow apart the tungsten or the cup. Top and bottom are good penetration , its the damn corner. just not enough. This the first time in years I've tried to do this and its pissing me off I can't get it. Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the internet. I noticed in one of the threads GwT recommended getting stuff from restaurant suppliers, so today I made the trek down and had a look. I really liked some of the stuff there, nice solid handles, held together with bolts/rivets. The only thing is that they're aluminium, is there an advantage to using aluminium over stainless steel? The other thing I noticed was that the bases weren't as thick feeling. Also, are there any problems with using aluminium cookware I should know about? The polished aluminium parts looked perfect, the engine looked like chromed, but was only polished.Then I had to store the parts in a friends garage for many years, opening the cartons was a shock to me, all the fine polished aluminium parts are "dull" today, covered with a fine white "substance"... I know about aluminium-corrosion, but the parts look like a pure horror! How to "repolish" these former high-luster polished parts, every advice from you is very welcome...? Please help. Have any of you found anything that works well and doesn't stain? I know I'll have to give up the antiperspirant to avoid this problem, but hopefully I'll be ok with a little moisture. We'll see as the summer comes on. I already trim the pit hair to a moderate length and that helps reduce moisture accumulation and makes it easier to get a decent application of deodorant on.  I tried Tom's and the new 24-hour protection works ok, but the consistency of the product bugs me. It's like warm Crisco. If you dial up too much stick you can shear off a layer without pressing hard, and it leaves you wet and sticky. I suppose I could hold my arms up and wait for it to dry, but that's 5 minutes I don't want to add to the morning routine.  Anyone try Weleda or Jason stuff? What about Adidas with Cottontech?
