I was mailed 3 yr aged cheddar cheeseDo I refridgerate this?YesOnce you open the packaging, you need to preserve its moisture, aged cheese or notIf it is a huge ball of cheese, I like to cut it in portions , individually wrap it in aluminum foil into ziplock bags, and freeze itHowever, if you are a cheese eating family, it will be gone and consumed in days so dont bother to do that, just put it in the fridge.Other related question
