i am trying to find what a good bushmaster ar15 would be i am going to use it for protection and a little play i am looking for something that is strong and uses nato rounds i want it to be full metal and i dount know what else i am going to put a hammers 2x42 red dot on it and more plz help and this is not me payne this is his dadright now i currently own a bushmaster ar-15 m4 receiver type XM15E2S with a 6position collapsible stockthe stock, pistol grip and hand guards are polymer,the rest is steel and aluminum , but for home defense the ar-15 round is a bit over-kill because of its penetration abilities are1/4 steel plate at 100 yardsa handgun or shotgun are more suited for this job.Other related question
