Zinc is more reactive and ahead of Electro-chemical series, as the electronic configuration is such. It can release 2 outer electrons more easily than 3 electrons of Aluminium

Since Zinc is more reactive than aluminium.
Chemical reactivity first increases across a period up-to 4A group and then decreases and chemical reactivity increases down a group.
So, zinc is more reactive and it reacts quickly than aluminium.
