Ok so the only cookie sheet pans I have are dark and that doesn\'t always make great cookiesI know that aluminum is supposed to be the best but I only have like the 13 by 9 cake pan.could that work?Use aluminum foil in bottom of pan.Spray a little cooking spray on it and problem solvedOther related question
