No. There was a disproved theory a couple of decades ago that aluminum caused Alzheimer's disease because there were cells with unusually large amounts of it in the brain. Since then it has been determined that the aluminum is the result of the disease process, not the cause of it.

it is been said that british served the indian prisoners their food in alluminium utensils because alluminium is a slow poison ..

or any prisoners for that matter who ever was sentenced to life imprisonment was served the food in an aluminium utensils only to kill them slowly

Up to now there is no definite evidence proving relationship between aluminium cookware and certain diseases, though reports say extra taking in of aluminium metal might lead to diseases related to brain and blood.

If you can not avoid using aluminium in cooking, just take care that you should not have it contacting acid foods like taomatoes. Regular using of aluminium foil and aluminium cookware is safe.
