Features and Applications of Aluminum Alloy 3003 Aluminum Sheet Plate
3003 aluminum sheet plate contains about 1 to 1.5 percent manganese, and thus boasts excellent corrosion resistance. Formed by either conventional cold working or hot working, 3003 is approximately 20% stronger than 1100 aluminum alloy. With good forming ability, excellent corrosion resistance and extraordinary welding property, 3003 aluminum sheet plate is usually applied as a raw material for light automobile battery shells, cookware, food containers, vehicle tanks, pressure containers and pipes etc.
Typical use of ultra-wide 3003 aluminum plate: bus skins, silos, antenna pot materials, wide curtain wall panels, wide roof panels etc.;
Hot-rolled 3003 aluminum plate typical use: power battery casings, automobile heat shields, fuel tanks, water tanks, automobile skid plates, battery explosion-proof valves, battery covers, automobile interiors, nameplates, cans, medical devices, etc.;
3003 aluminum foil coil use: aluminum foil for honeycomb core products, electronic foils, honeycomb materials, lunch box materials, container foils etc.
