I found the website easy to navigate with accurate information regarding the product (description, dimensions, etc.) and honest timelines concerning manufacturing and shipment of the product. There was excellent communication from the service department throughout the entire process. Emails were sent with confirmation of the order, receipt of purchase, shipping confirmation, and final follow up. When the product arrived it was packaged in a way to minimize the possibility of any shipping damage. My piece arrived in excellent condition and was the exact specs that were listed on the website when I ordered. Great product. The piece I ordered was used to complete a handicap ramp that I built for my grandmother. It made an excellent transition piece from the end of the ramp to the ground. She is easily able to navigate her way on and off the ramp in both her wheelchair and using her walker. Your product has exceeded my expectations!
